Terms and Conditions

To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the following criteria:

1. The safe is being delivered to mainland UK, and not within a London red route.
2. There is a maximum of one step between unloading the product (parking) and its final destination.
3. there is ample parking for the safes delivery lorry, similar in size to a double decker bus.
4. You guarantee that the floor the safe sits on can hold the safe's weight.
5. You do not require the installer to bolt the safe down.
6. You require delivery to the ground floor.
7. Between point of parking for delivery vehicle and final destination there are no corridors / doorways more narrow than the the safes width or depth.

Free Delivery to a floor other than the ground floor is possible when:

1. The safe is being delivered to mainland UK, and not within a London red route.
2. There is a maximum of one step between unloading the product (parking) and its final destination.
3. there is ample parking for the safes delivery lorry, similar in size to a double decker bus.
4. You guarantee that the floor the safe sits on can hold the safe's weight.
5. You do not require the installer to bolt the safe down.
6. Between point of parking for delivery vehicle and final destination there are no corridors / doorways more narrow than the the safes maximum width or depth.
7. THERE IS A LIFT TO THE DESIRED FLOOR OF THE APPROPRIATE SIZE TO ACCOMMODATE THE SAFEAND INSTALLER(S).
8. THE LIFT CAN HOLD THE WEIGHT OF THE SAFE AND THE INSTALLER(S) WEIGHT WELL WITHIN ITS MAXIMUM CAPACITY.

Below is a list of the information the safe installers will need from you to carry out delivery. They are displayed here so that you may gather the relevant information so that you have it to hand before you proceed to purchase your chosen safe and filling in our online delivery form.

Vehicular Access to Site

The vehicles used for delivery of these items are purposebuilt 32 ton trucks with integral hoists/cranes fitted to the rear, (similar in size to a double decker bus).

• Is there sufficient on-site parking available for Delivery Vehicle?
• Are there any time restrictions on parking on-site ?
