Cancellations / Returns / Delivery
It is our goal to provide the customer with an ideal solution every time they shop with us, however we realise that sometimes people can change their minds, or their needs can change suddenly.
Because of the nature of placing an order with a manufacturer and the delivery of heavy items, there are some things you should consider.

Firstly read the delivery information carefully before you purchase your safe! This criteria for safe delivery is always the same whether ordering online or in the physical sense, but must be adhered to for safety regulations.

If a manufacturer cannot deliver the product because of a problem you have not specified, a subsequent charge will be incurred for a second attempt at delivery.

Secondly, once an order is placed you have a window of 24 hours to cancel the order, if the order is not canceled after this time then it has been processed. Subsequently a cancellation fee of up to 40% of the products value may be applied to cancellations after this period .

At the time of delivery, the customer (and / or third party operating on behalf of the customer) signing for the product confirms that the product is undamaged and in correct working order at the time of delivery.

If a product cannot be delivered to its desired location, because of reasons not specified by the customer, then a fee will be charged for an unsuccessful delivery (2x carriage costs), and also a restocking fee of up to 40%, will be charged.

All items must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition. Refunds will only be given after our technical division has confirmed that the goods are in excellent order and can be resold. Any items received back damaged will be charged in full.

It is your responsibility to check with your insurer that they will insure the Safe you wish to purchase for the amount of cover that is recommended on our website. The values of cover attached to the safes are estimates. These estimates assume correct installation and are not a guarantee of cover offered by your insurer.

If problems do arise we must strongly stress to you that good communication with ourselves over any problems can be invaluable, and save you money!
